The objective will be firmly placed on promoting work ready participants with the emphasis on job opportunities and job matching and delivering
the skills, certification necessary to achieve and sustain employment in the sector of their choice, using a personal plan driven by their individual
needs
All Participants will be interviewed and an Individual Training Plan will be completed and agreed. For those participants who have been able to gain
letters offering them a position with an employer the next step will be to support them to research the appropriate training / certification required
and access a suitable training provider.

All starts must be arranged and agreed within 28 days of the Eligibility Confirmation date, if a start cannot be arranged within this period then a
new Eligibility Confirmation will be required to ensure the referrals circumstances have not changed before any applicant will be considered for a
start.
All Stage 4 referrals must have a letter from a potential employer offering them an interview / job on successful completion and certification of a
specific qualification.
