8 Neighbour Notification
The minimum notification period for neighbour notification is 28 days. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to
ensure that the documents relating to this application are delivered to the access point(s) before the Notification
Start Date (provided below). Failure to do so may result in the application being rejected.
I shall provide a copy of the neighbour notification form (CC2) and a copy of the location plan of the
development to the neighbours listed below, as required by law.
I own all the neighbouring land so I do not have to tell anyone about the proposals.
Notification Start Date
Please Note: - The CC2 form should be submitted to the Council as soon as Neighbour Notification is issued.
Applicants are required to notify those neighbours, including land owners, with a common boundary of the proposed
new road/extended road and/or the development site. In addition neighbours within 200 metres of any proposed
new access from an existing public road should also be notified. Where necessary please attach any additional
neighbour information to this form. The Council can provide advice for specific neighbour notification requirements.
Please mark on a location plan the neighbours who will be notified, using the letters as below.
