Approval of a final plat or final short plat is the last step of the subdivision
process. It occurs after preliminary plat approval and completion of site
development, for the recordation of new lots.
Full copies of plat documents must be submitted as part of the application
and when revisions are proposed.
APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS
Final Short Plats are approved by the Director, and Final Plats are approved
by the City Council, both based on conformance with the conditions set
forth by the preceding Preliminary Plat/Preliminary Short Plat.
FEES
Applicants are responsible for providing an initial deposit (as well as
additional deposits as needed) to cover all application review costs.
