In Sammamish, a shoreline exemption may be granted from construction
when undertaken by any person on the shorelines of Lake Sammamish,
Beaver Lake, or Pine Lake for the following activities:

A Shoreline Exemption Letter is a Type 1 decision made by the Director.
FEES
Applicants are responsible for providing an initial deposit (as well as
additional deposits as needed) to cover all application review costs.
