Competed Engineering Permit Application.
A digital copy of the plan/s certified by a Professional Engineer or other qualified persons.
Application fee; E-transfer or EFT (as per the current Rates and Fees By-law).
A digital cost estimate for all
erosion control works (subdivision, site plan and ROW works).
A digital copy of a Stormwater Management Report (Subdivision and DESP).
A digital copy of an arborist report detail street trees.
Digital copy of the approved Phase 1 Environmental and Archaeological Reports (subdivision/ site
plans).
A digital copy of an Insurance Certificate in the amount of 5 million with the Town as additionally
insured (ROW works).
Digital copies of any other permits or sign-offs required (both Town and external agencies).
Securities; E-Transfer or EFT or for subdivisions/ site plans a Letter of Credit. These may be posted
prior to issuance of permit or approval.
