Fireworks Display $ 250.00 per event plus standby personnel as needed to be described in the “Prosper Fire
Department Fireworks Display Guidelines and Submittal Requirements”.

Permit fees must be paid in advance. ALL fees are paid at the Prosper Town Hall – 250 W. First Street, 2

Checks are made payable to “The Town of Prosper” or you can pay by phone (972-346-3502) using a
credit card.

Please note: Checks received at the Fire Marshal’s Office shall be returned without action.
You must scan the signed document into a “pdf format” along with all applicable documents described in the
“Prosper Fire Department Fireworks Display Guidelines and Submittal Requirements” and email to
fire.inspections@prosperfire.com or Fax to 972-347-3010 or mail to Central Fire Station at 1500 E. First St.
Prosper, Texas 75078.
