Information and a brief description of any existing or emerging issues in the surrounding
Network, Capacity and Loading, Thermal Ratings, Steady Stage Voltage Regulations
and Voltage Regulation studies, Step Voltage Change Load rejection studies. Motor
Impacts of new customer motor starts on the Network Coupling Point and the
identification of any existing or potential rating issues.
Detail to be provided in the Project Scope
Land or Easement
Requirements
Information regarding proposed/required Property Acquisition, Environmental, Cultural
Heritage, Native Title, Community Consultation, Vegetation Offsets, Easement Clearing
Issues.
Substation Works
Information regarding the works likely to be undertaken to complete the Substation
Assets of the Customer’s connection. Where relevant, this should include information
relating to Civil and Earth Works, Primary Electrical, Secondary Systems, Protection,
Communications, Control/SCADA, Metering, Operational Technology.
Subtransmission Feeder
Works
Information outlining the works likely to be undertaken to complete the Subtransmission
Assets of the Customer's connection.
Distribution Feeder Works
Information outlining the works likely to be undertaken to complete the Distribution
Feeder Assets of the Customer's connection.
Network Switching
Information outlining the proposed Network configurations (temporary and permanent)
to construct, commission and connect the Network Assets associated with the
Customer's connection.
Associated Projects
Information regarding any known associated or related projects and any known interde-
pendencies.
Project Staging and
Milestones
Information outlining the high level project staging and timeframes.
Identified Project Risks
Listing of any known risks or issues which will required to be addressed in the process
of establishing the Customer's connection.
Safety Considerations Details of any known safety considerations that are required to be addressed/
undertaken in the process of establishing the Customer's connection.
Reliability Considerations
During Construction
Information outlining what reliability considerations need to be factored in for the con-
struction phase.
Ergon Energy Standards
Where known - Information regarding the Ergon Energy Standards that the project is to
be designed, constructed, tested and commissioned that are applicable at the time of
project approval.
Assumptions
Statement of any Assumptions that were used during the preparation of the Project
Scope.
Scope Exclusions Any known activities or works that will NOT be undertaken by the project.
Any Supporting Information
Where relevant, this may include satellite imagery of the Substation Boundary, Existing
and Proposed Substation General Arrangements, Existing and Proposed Operating Dia-
grams, Major Plant Ratings, Fault Levels and any further information that would be con-
sidered beneficial.
