CONTESTABILITY OF LARGE CUSTOMER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT SERVICE
The National Electricity Rules (NER) allow customers to construct, design and own connection assets where the works
are in relation to assets that will be dedicated to providing services only to that customer. These assets may also be
gifted (at no cost) to Ergon Energy. Ergon Energy may also be able to quote to construct and design these assets.

Please note that failure to provide any additional information requested will result in your enquiry being placed “on hold”, such that it
