Remember the golden
Zinzino rule of 3 E’s:
Educate, Entertain or
Empower. You can cycle
between these pillars and
it’s useful to brainstorm
categories under each. For
example, educational post
ideas could include Q&As,
business advice, and ‘how to’
videos.
Always consider the dierent
ways people consume
content. Some of your
followers love imagery
and IGTVs, while others
prefer listening on-the-go.
From videos and Reels to
long written content and
‘ask me anything’ callouts,
there’s plenty of ways to
communicate with your
audience.
With your brand story and
the 3 E’s in mind, create your
content pillars. This might
include products, ingredients,
ambassadors, customer
stories, inspirational quotes,
videos, infographics,
workouts, recipes & funny
content.

Frequency: We recommend

Facebook. And remember,
