Scholarship Criteria:
1. Student shall be a Wyoming resident attending Laramie County Community
College.
2. Minimum 2.5 grade point average.
3. Student shall attend class on the Cheyenne campus.
4. Financial need will be considered.
5. Preference will be given to a Hispanic student.
Application Process:
1. Complete application.
2. Complete the FAFSA (obtained in the Scholarships and Financial Aid Office).
3. Submit a current transcript.
4. Type a short essay explaining educational and career goals.
