2. Wyoming Resident
3. Full-time student
4. Preference will be given to a first generation student
5. Preference will be given to a Hispanic student
6. Student shall have and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.75 grade point
average
Application process:
1. Complete this form
2. Attach a short essay explaining educational goals and financial status while
attending LCCC
3. Attach a current transcript of your most recent educational institution
