PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each BP Certified Roofer confirms by submitting their manufacturer rebate that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this promotion as detailed below:
• Promotion oered exclusively to BP Certified Roofers in Canada.
• BP Certification membership status must be in good standing on October 31
st
, 2021 in order to be eligible for the rebate.
• The manufacturer rebate applies only to purchases of eligible BP shingles made from April 1
st
, 2021 to October 31

, 2021.
• All rebate submissions must be emailed or mailed in and postmarked no later than November 30
th
, 2021.
• It is the member/roofing contractor’s responsibility to send in their manufacturer rebate coupon and invoices before
the promotion’s deadline.
• Each rebate submission must include both a fully-completed participation coupon and a copy of all invoices of
qualifying BP shingle purchases.
• The original or copies of distributor invoices must clearly contain the roofing contractor’s company name as registered
in the BP Certified Program, the quantity of eligible BP shingles, the purchase date and the invoice number.
• Ocial electronic dealer reports can be provided as proof of purchase and must include the roofing contractor’s
company name as registered in the BP Certified Program, the quantity of eligible BP shingles, the purchase date
and the invoice number.
• BP reserves the right to request certain invoices for validation purposes.
• Any incomplete rebate requests will be rejected.
• A minimum total combined quantity of 1 000 BUNDLES/BOXES must be purchased between April 1

• The manufacturer rebate is only applicable on the following BP shingles: Vangard, Mystique, Manoir, Yukon,
and White Cap, Crown Ridge, Silhouette Hip & Ridge.
• Remittance payment will be issued in the roofing contractor’s company name as registered in the
BP Certified Roofer Program.
• The manufacturer rebate includes all applicable federal, provincial and/or harmonized sales taxes.
• It is the responsability of the roofing contractor to submit the sales taxes to the provincial and federal governments.
• A remittance notice will be sent by mail to the postal address as registered in the BP Certified Roofer program.
• Please allow up to 16 weeks for processing.
• Duly completed requests will be processed on a first come, first served, basis.
• NO CHEQUE WILL BE SENT. ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT).

• Requests will be processed based on the date of reception. Payment delays will therefore depend on when you send
your documents. Rather than waiting for the deadline and sending all your documents at once, we recommend that
you proceed on a monthly basis in order to be able to take advantage of your points more quickly.
