2019-2020 RENEWABLE Scholarship Application Form
Use this form if you were awarded a Renewable Scholarship last year and wish to apply for it again this
year. Please fill out the form, print and mail to WVC, Financial Aid, 1300 Fifth Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801
or drop off at the Financial Aid Office. Please complete all items. Incomplete forms will NOT be processed.

I give my permission for review of my application by appointees of Wenatchee Valley College who may include faculty,
staff, students and community members. If I receive a scholarship, I give permission for the source and amount to be
publicized and for the donor to contact me. I also understand that by typing my name in the signature line, it is
considered my signature for these permissions.

The scholarship awarded to you during 2018-2019 is renewable for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. You
are required to be attending WVC fulltime (at least 12 credits) and maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 in order to
receive the scholarship.
We will verify that scholarship funds are available, that you have met all the original scholarship criteria, and
that you have met the Satisfactory Academic Progress as defined by the Financial Aid Office. By submitting
your renewal form, we will verify that you are eligible for your renewable scholarship. Scholarship award
notifications will be sent to WVC student email accounts by July of the following year. The award notifications
will provide further directions including information for submitting required thank you letters.
Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid as this is criteria for some scholarships. Please follow-up
with the financial aid office if you have any questions. Apply for 2019–2020 financial aid (FAFSA) by
submitting the application online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
