EXCUSED ABSENCE PETITION
It is the mission and goal of Campus Life to ensure that all clubs are treated equitably concerning their
participation in Interclub Council, and thereby their access to club funding. Therefore, this form is to be
used only for those clubs whose members are all part of a program whose class time interferes with the
clubs ability to have a representative attend Interclub Council meetings.

Please remember, club representatives at Interclub Council do not have to hold an officer position in the
club, they only need to be a club member (advisors are not permitted as club representation).
***In order for a club to receive credit for participation, this form must be submitted by the date and
meeting time of each Interclub Council meeting.
