Book Voucher Increase Request Form: Spring 2021
If you are eligible for financial aid and have funds remaining after tuition/fees are deducted from your authorized aid,
EFSC will authorize a book voucher for you. The cost of books and supplies purchased using a book voucher will be
deducted from your financial aid before refunds are made. Submit this form to request an increase from the standard
book voucher amount.

C. What You Need to Know About Book Vouchers
Login to myEFSC to see the amount and expiration date of your book voucher.
Book vouchers are issued if your authorized financial aid exceeds your charges.
You will only be issued a book voucher based on your enrollment in the part of term for the current book
voucher period.
Vouchers must be used by the close of business on the last day that vouchers are available at the bookstore as
listed in the chart above.
Book vouchers may only be used to purchase books and certain classroom supplies. Restrictions may apply to
electronic materials.
