HomeWorks Illumination Loaner Program
The HomeWorks Illumination Processor Loaner Program was created to quickly take care of existing
HomeWorks Illumination customers who have a processor failure within their system. It provides these loyal
customers the opportunity to quickly and easily get their system up and running while it is evaluated for an
upgrade to HomeWorks QS. Any customer in this situation is eligible to receive a loaner processor from
Lutron for up to 90 days.
To participate in the HomeWorks Illumination Loaner Program:
1. Complete this form and provide it to Customer Service when placing your processor order.
Note: Your account will be billed the full price of the loaner processor.
2. Once the upgrade is complete (within 90 days), return the loaner processor to:

Note: All freight and duties on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Once the processor is returned and verified to be in working condition, Lutron will credit your account for
the full price of the processor. In addition, if you upgraded the homeowner’s system, you can utilise the
HomeWorks QS Upgrade Program.
a. Alternatively, the customer may choose to keep the loaner processor and not upgrade to HomeWorks QS.
