Transient Merchant Special Permit
Per Ordinance 592:
A transient merchant may set up a temporary food vendor operation at an active and permitted construction site if invited to do so by the
developer or owner of the property.
A transient merchant may set up for "special events" such as carnivals, festivals and other planned and organized events that would be a benefit
to the City and the general community.
Any transient merchant must obtain a special permit from the City providing for location, specific hours of operation and limitation on the
number of days.
Any transient merchant must demonstrate it has any required state or county licenses or permits.
There is no fee for this permit.
