Driveway Permit Application - Residential
Review Land Development Regulations (LDR) subsection 6.5(C) Driveway Access for a list of rules/regulations/requirements regarding
driveway connections prior to submitting an application.
IMPORTANT NOTE: No pouring of concrete may occur without first inspection and approval from the City of Wildwood Public Works
Department. Should any pour be completed prior to inspection and approval by a City staff member, the applicant shall bear sole
responsibility for the removal and replacement of the poured concrete if it is not verified to meet the specified standard.

Attach a site plan showing all structures and parking. Driveways must be poured to a thickness of no less than six inches (6") from the
roadway to the property line; have an apron at least ten feet (10') wide; and have a three foot (3') flair at the roadway connection. Failure
to include these specifications on your plans will result in your application being denied.
There is no fee for this permit, but an application is required for each driveway connection to a City-maintained roadway.
