Final Construction Clearance Procedures
Final Acceptance of Site Plans and Subdivisions
The following items are required to be submitted to the City in one complete package:
One (1) ORIGINAL Engineering of Record Certification of Completion on City of Wildwood form
Four (4) hard copies of sealed final as-builts.
Two (2) hard copies of all sealed original material testing lab reports.
Two (2) hard copies of certification to SWFWMD on drainage system.
Two (2) CD copies of all above materials
Two (2) hard copies of FDEP final clearance acceptance for potable water and sanitary sewer system
Two (2) hard copies of clearance forms from any other applicable permitting agencies, if possible (FDOT, etc)
Following review of the above items by the City Engineer, the City Engineer will review for
completeness. Once the above items are found to be acceptable, a field inspection will be conducted
by the City Engineer and a final punch list will be issued which must be satisfactorily completed prior
to final acceptance of the site improvements.
One (1) COPY of above Engineering of Record Certification of Completion
One (1) ORIGINAL Landscape Certification from landscape architect that all materials and irrigation
systems have been installed per approved plan.
One (1) COPY of above Landscape Certification
Note: Please include all of the above checklist items. If any of the items do not apply to your project, please
write "N/A" and explain in the notes section below. Failure to submit this checklist with your clearance
package will result in a delay in processing.
