SITE ACCESS LICENSE / RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This License is entered on , by and between Cerritos Community College District, a public community
college district organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business 11110 Alondra
Boulevard, Norwalk, CA 90650-6203 (the “DISTRICT”), and Name, a/an
individual/sole proprietorship corporation
partnership other , whose legal address is (the “UNDERSIGNED”).
1. DISTRICT grants permission to the UNDERSIGNED, to enter and use at (“DISTRICT’S Property”) for the
purpose of in a manner consistent herewith.
2. In consideration for being granted such permission, the UNDERSIGNED agrees:

b. This License is revocable at any time by DISTRICT without written notice to UNDERSIGNED if UNDERSIGNED
fails to comply with any term and/or condition of this License, and in such case, UNDERSIGNED must vacate
DISTRICT’S Property immediately;
c. That UNDERSIGNED has no right whatsoever to compensation or reimbursement of expenses or costs against
DISTRICT as a result of any act performed by UNDERSIGNED on DISTRICT’S Property or elsewhere in connection
with this License;
d. That UNDERSIGNED will perform all activities in a professional and expeditious manner, and the activities shall be
in compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, ordinances and/or directives of DISTRICT and any and all federal,
state, county, municipal or local government authority having jurisdiction;
e. That UNDERSIGNED shall be responsible for any damage caused to the DISTRICT’S Property as a result of its
activities and shall restore those portions of DISTRICT’S Property affected to the same condition as that which existed
prior to UNDERSIGNED’S access.
f. That UNDERSIGNED will abide by all directives of DISTRICT’S Campus Police and management with regard to
UNDERSIGNED’S activities on DISTRICT’S Property, safety of persons and property and use of UNDERSIGNED’S
vehicles and equipment.
g. That UNDERSIGNED will be strictly liable for all equipment, tools, and personal property brought onto or left on
DISTRICT’S Property.
h. That UNDERSIGNED (check one)
will indemnify, hold harmless, protect and defend DISTRICT, its officials, officers, directors, employees, and
volunteers, from and against any and all claims, costs or liabilities in any manner arising from the entry, presence or
activities on DISTRICT’S Property by the UNDERSIGNED, its employees, agents or persons coming onto DISTRICT’S
Property with the UNDERSIGNED’S consent.
will indemnify, hold harmless, protect and defend DISTRICT, its officials, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers,
from and against any and all claims, costs or liabilities in any manner arising from the negligent acts, errors or omissions or
willful misconduct of the UNDERSIGNED, its employees, agents or persons coming onto DISTRICT’S Property with the
UNDERSIGNED’S consent, while on DISTRICT’S Property, and will submit certificates of insurance, prior to entering
DISTRICT’S Property, evidencing: Workers’ Compensation Insurance - Statutory Limit; Employer’s Liability - $1
Million per occurrence; Commercial General Liability - $1 Million combined single limit per occurrence including
bodily injury, broad form property damage, written on an “occurrence” basis; Automobile Liability - $1 Million
combined single limit covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles; other . All policies, excepting
Workers' Compensation and Employer’s Liability, shall be endorsed to include the Cerritos Community College
District as an additional insured. The Workers' Compensation and Employer’s Liability policies shall be endorsed
to waive all rights of subrogation against Cerritos Community College District.
3. This License contains the entire agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all
prior negotiations, understandings or agreements. This License is not transferable. This License shall be governed by the
laws of the State of California. Venue shall be in Los Angeles County.
