Owners who allow friends and family members to use their vacation rental property without
charge (including cleaning fee) may list those individuals on this form. Providing this form will
help officers determine whether citations should be written for violations of the vacation rental
ordinance. When owners are utilizing their vacation rental property for their own personal use
and not renting the property, the occupants are not subject to the restrictions of the ordinance.
Additionally, when the property is occupied by guests who are not being charged any fees, the
stay is not subject to payment of transient occupancy tax. Please email this completed form to
