Your request for a tent permit will be approved subject to the following conditions:
1. There is no organized opposition from the neighbors.
2. YOU produce a fireproof certificate for your tent.
3. A 10:00PM closing is enforced.
4. Adequate temporary parking MUST be available.
5. Lighting shall be directed so that it will not be a nuisance to adjacent neighbors and shall not impair visibility of traffic.
6. Payment of $37.50 required, paid to the order of City of Waco and remitted with application to the City of Waco Finance
Department.
