Exercise #2 – A Situation

your responsibilities and still stay focused on your goals. With your assigned team, develop a
fictitious SMART Goal for a person who has already graduated from high school and is now either

option.
Use this worksheet to define the person, their goal, and a situation that could impact their goal.
