EROSION CONTROL PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION
Prior to beginning land disturbing activities that disturb an acre or more of land as defined by Chapter
156 of the Town’s Land Usage Ordinance within the Town of Clayton, an erosion control plan must
be submitted for review and approval.
