EROSION CONTROL PERMIT APPLICATION
Prior to beginning land disturbing activities as defined by Chapter 156 of the Town’s Land Usage
Ordinance within the Town of Clayton, an erosion control permit must be obtained. Permit fee due upon
permit issuance.

Certificate of Insurance (for Grading Contractor)
Surety: Performance Bond Letter of Credit ($1500/acre rounded to nearest ½ acre)
