** Concerts and Lectures is primarily a co-sponsoring entity and does not fully fund any event in its
entirety and typically awards events in the amount of $200-$2000 but averages $1,000 per request.

Although there are no specified application deadlines funds are limited and proposals are
considered in the order in which they are received. It is highly recommended that requests for
funding occur at least two months prior to the date of the event to allow time for the
committee to meet and official University paperwork to be processed for payment.
Please submit completed application and supplemental materials to the Office of Student
Activities in 238 Sargeant Student Center for committee approval.
