set up code words for all Comdata website users. Cardholders will use this code word to verify user’s
identity when speaking with Comdata Customer Service. Each user must have a different email, phone
number, and code word.

Initial Comchek Order
When applying for Comdata fuel cards, you have the option to receive a set of blank Comcheks. The
maximum order is 50 Comcheks at a time. You have the ability to create Comchek drafts using Comdata’s
smartphone app for iPhone and Android devices, or by calling Comdata directly. These will be shipped

Direct Deposit
With your Comdata Card, you will have the ability to transfer funds from your Comdata account to your
personal or business bank account. This does not give you the ability to add funds to the cards from your
personal bank account.
