Dear Travel Agent:
It is our objective to provide you with the highest possible level of service whilst you are with us in Cancun/Riviera Maya,
Mexico, and to help ensure that your Site Inspection and/or Familiarization Trip is successful.
With this in mind, we have designed a weekly Site Inspection Program specifically for you. This program includes one day
visiting hotels in Cancun (Tuesdays) and one day visiting hotels in Riviera Maya (Fridays). For Travel Agents who choose to take
advantage of this program the trips will be absolutely FREE OF CHARGE! There will be no “minimum numbers” applied – so
providing you have confirmed your space with us in advance (see below) we guarantee your place. Our transportation will pick
you up from your host hotel, the tour will be guided, will include lunch at one of the visited hotels, and will drop you back to your
hotel at the end of the day.
Attached you will find the Cancun Tuesday program and the Riviera Maya Friday program (note that we will alternate the two
itineraries from week to week). If there should be any time or itinerary changes prior to the Fam Trip, we will notify you accordingly.
