**IMPORTANT**ALL PARTIES MUST READ**
The undersigned attests that these demands are reasonable and appropriate in accordance with the current engineering
standards for the project type.
Upon approval from the Development Services Director, the reserved capacities shall be permanently assigned to the
location designated on this application.
Average daily flow shall be subject to reexamination at any time that the user continues to be connected to the City of
Wildwood Water and Wastewater systems. Average daily flow shall be measured by determining the average daily flow
for a three (3) month period.
If, at any time, the three (3) month average daily flow of water or wastewater increases beyond the capacities purchased,
it shall be the owner's responsibility to make application to the City for the purchase of additional capacity.
If a final concurrency determination reveals additional capacities are available from the City, the applicant may request
to purchase such capacities at the rates as they exist on the date of the determination.
All non single family residential capacity reservation applications may be subject to review by appropriate professionals at
the applicant's expense.
It is understood and agreed, that if approved, this capacity reservation runs concurrent with the certificate of occupancy
or the developer agreement. This reservation shall expire if demands exceed the capacities reserved or either the
certificate of occupancy or the developer agreement expire or are revoked.
