This scholarship must be used toward the payment of licensed day care,
tuition and fees, books or transportation for mothers who are in attendance at
LCCC. The number and amount of scholarships will vary.
Scholarship Criteria:

Please type a statement with information concerning financial status, educational goals, achievement,
employment, and club/activities.
Students must complete a FAFSA form and have the results sent to the LCCC Scholarship and
Financial Aid Office. The FAFSA form is available from the LCCC Scholarship and Financial Aid
Office or local high school counseling centers.
Individuals can maintain scholarship for three years. Recipients must reapply every year.
To renew scholarship, individual must continue to meet all of the criteria, in addition to maintaining
satisfactory academic progress as defined by LCCC.
Submission Instructions
Submit application before April 1.
