2022 Conference
Each year WSFCA holds an annual charity golf outing to benet the WSFCA Foundation. The event is
held prior to the WSFCA Annual Conference. This year’s Annual Golf Outing will take place at the beauti-
ful Thornberry Creek at Oneida Golf Course. Attendance averages 125 golfers annually.
>Gold Sponsorship Package

The gold sponsorship package includes sponsorship at the 1st or 10th
tee box (your company name will be displayed on a sign), green recogni-
tion, a tent for product display, and a 4 person golf package. In addition,
your company logo will be displayed in the conference program.

Silver Sponsorship Package
(2 available) ...................................$1,000 each
The silver sponsorship package includes sponsorship at a par 3 tee box
(your company name will be displayed on a sign) and a two person golf
package. In addition, your company logo will be displayed in the confer-
ence program.
>Tee sponsorships
(18 available) ....................................$250 each
Tee sponsors receive recognition at the tee and the opportunity to meet
the golfers and distribute marketing and promotion products by their
tee.
>Practice Green Sponsor

The practice green sponsor will receive recognition at the driving range.
You will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with attendees and dis-
tribute marketing and promotional products at the practice green. Your
company name will be displayed on a sign.
>bus Sponsorships
(2 available) ......................................$500 each
The bus sponsorship will provide your company access to a captive au-
dience while they are being transported to and from the event. Each bus
will hold 40-44 attendees. The bus sponsors will have the opportunity
to promote their product/service to attendees in a “commercial format”
on the bus during transport. In addition, your company logo will be dis-
played in the conference program.

You will be given the opportunity to mix and mingle with attendees at
the cart and the opportunity to distribute marketing and promotional

and on the drink tickets.
>Lunch Sponsor

You will receive a 4 person golf package, four tickets to the lunch with the
opportunity to mix and mingle with attendees and the opportunity to
distribute marketing and promotional materials prior to the outing and
during the lunch. Your company logo will be displayed on a sign.

The awards reception sponsor will be given the opportunity to mix and
mingle with attendees immediately after the golf outing during the
awards reception. You will have the opportunity to distribute marketing
