NOMINATION FORM
The President’s Cabinet has initiated this program to recognize employees who
exhibit excellence on campus. Award recipients will be invited to be honored
during a luncheon with the Cabinet.
Nominees must demonstrate exemplary service.

The Above and Beyond Award recognizes the employee or team who consistently goes beyond the
expected by using initiative and imagination to make the College a better place to work.
Criteria
The actions cited for this award are not a normal part of the employee’s or team’s job duties. Their
actions will have gone above and beyond because they demonstrate one or more of the following:

classification and regardless of other awards received. An employee is eligible for the same award
