Special Administrative Permit (SAP)
HOUSE MOVING PERMIT
No person shall move a house or other oversize load on any county road, street or bridge within the
unincorporated area without a permit to do so issued by the Public Works Department.
House moving permit shall meet all requirements of Chapter 23, Article III and Chapter 27 of the
Code of Ordinances.
The director of Planning and Sustainability shall approve a Special Administrative Permit with
respect to the requirements of Chapter 27.
