Prior to enrolling in any PE or PEIA course College Now! Students are required to obtain the signatures of the
Instructor of Record and the Dean, Kinesiology, Recreation and Athletics. In addition to the instructor’s and
dean’s permission, College Now! students must also meet all other criteria for the College Now! program,
before enrolling in a PE or PEIA course.
Signatures are not available until the first class meeting of the course.
The instructor must also issue an add code to the student, to permit online enrollment. However, the dean may
determine that the student is unable to enroll in the course. The dean’s decision is final.
The student must return the College Now! Petition for Enrollment to the Admissions and Records office BEFORE
adding PE or PEIA courses and before the deadline to add the course with an add code.
The following signatures must be on the form:

AHC Instructor of Record (the person teaching the course) email addresses are located in class search
Associate Dean, Kinesiology, Recreation and Athletics (email: kensing@hancockcollege.edu)
If the student enrolls in PE or PEIA without submitting the College Now! Petition for enrollment with all
required signatures, the student will be administratively dropped and not permitted to attend the course.
