Unrestricted - supports the operations of the
foundation and provides for unrestricted gifts
across campus.
AB540 Dream Fund – provides scholarships to
participants in the program.
AIM Fund – provides financial assistance to non-
credit students interested in transitioning to credit
courses. Assistance includes tuition, books and
instructional supplies.
Art on Campus Fund – supports art projects
at Hancock.
Athletics - provides funding in support of the
college’s athletics program.
Children’s Center – provides funding to purchase
equipment and supplies for the program.
CARE (Cooperative Agencies Recourses for
Education) Program – provides resources for
single parents attending Hancock.
C.S.E.A. Chapter No. 251 Scholarship – annual
scholarship provided by membership to employees
or dependents of employees of Chapter No. 251.
Cesar Chavez EOPS Scholarships – annual
scholarships provided by the EOPS Department.
Dance – supports dance concerts
Enology/Viticulture Program – provides funding
for the college’s enology & viticulture program
Film and Video – provides funding for student
events and competitions.
Friends of the Library – supports library projects
outside of district funding.
Honoring Hancock College Retirees’
Scholarship – annual scholarship coordinated by
the Hancock College Council and funded by sta.
Library in Tribute to Jim Morrow – provides
funding for science resource books.
Landscaping for Hancock – provides funding for
plants and trees on the Santa Maria campus and at
the Lompoc Valley Center.
MESA ¬ supports special projects and annual
scholarships awarded through the AHC Foundation
each year.
PCPA – supports scholarships for PCPA students.
President’s Circle – supports special projects that
do not have district funding, i.e., hiring a biology lab
assistant, professional development, Food Share
Because We Care, etc.
Science Field Studies Program – provides student
assistance for campus science field study trips.
Start Here/AHC Promise Fund – a new program
that will provide an opportunity for all students to
attend Hancock.
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering &
Mathematics) Program – provides funding for
STEM events held throughout the year.
Student Emergency Fund – provides financial
assistance to students who lack resources to cover
unexpected emergency expenses.
Student Government (A.S.B.G.) – provides
funding for activities sponsored by ASBG each year.
Student Services Scholarship – an annual
scholarship for students funded by employees of
Hancock Student Services department.
Student Workforce Fund – provides funding for
student workers in the Math Centers.
Veteran Emergency Loan Fund – provides a
short-term emergency loan for veterans who are
experiencing financial situtations aecting his or
her ability to be a successful student.
