Office Exclusive Listing Disclosure Certification
Listing information must be filed with the MIBOR Broker Listing Cooperative® (BLC®) within two (2) full business days of the effective listing
contract date to ensure timely distribution to other REALTORS® for cooperation.
If seller(s) refuse(s) to permit the listing to be disseminated
by the service, the Listing Broker may then take the listing as an Office Exclusive and such listing shall be filed with the service, but NOT
disseminated to other REALTORS® by the MIBOR BLC.
If seller(s)do(es) not desire the listing to be disseminated to other REALTORS® this form must be signed by the Listing Agent, Listing Managing Broker
and Seller(s) and submitted to the MIBOR BLC within two (2) full business days of the effective listing contract date. Failure to file the
Office Exclusive
Listing Disclosure Certification form within the required time frame will result in an automatic fine of $500 to the Listing Agent.
Office Exclusive listings may not be marketed to the public. Within (1) day of marketing the property to the public the Listing Broker must
submit the listing to the MIBOR BLC to ensure timely distribution to other REALTORS® for cooperation. Public marketing includes, but is not
limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX
and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the
general public.
