hicle Show and Swap Meet. The show
will be held in downtown Springfield at
Second Street and Capitol Avenue, east
of the State Capitol building.
The auto show will feature the finest
classic, antique and sport vehicles in
Illinois, as well as firetrucks and
motorcycle classes. Several new classes
have been added. The antique tractor
exhibit and swap meet will be back again
this year as well.
To commemorate Jeep v ehicles, one Jeep
will be honored with the show’s special
Marque Award. Jeeps are featured on this
years special event license plates. The
plates may be displayed on your vehicle
from mid-July through the date of the
show and kept as a memento for years to
come.
Come out and enjoy the dazzling display
of steel and chrome or stop by our swap
meet. We look forward to seeing you at
the show!

Vehicles 1994-2021 are not eligible for the Illinois State Champion Award (one
award given).
One entry from the Jeep class will be honored with a Marque Award this year since
it’s Jeep’s 80th anniversary.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• $10 per entry.
• Please pre-register to avoid long lines and to ensure welcome bag & certificate.
• Event occurs rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. Spectators free.
• Display class will not be judged. Vehicles for sale allowed.
• Overnight parking available at 411 E. Monroe St., Springfield, IL 62701.
• Please use Second Street for entry to showfield.
• Registration gate opens at 7 a.m. and closes promptly at 10 a.m. NO LATE
ENTRIES allowed on showfield. Vehicles must be through the gate and parked by
10 a.m. even if entry is pre-registered.
• It is not mandatory for owners to remain with their vehicles during judging. Some
owners will judge other classes, but judges with cars entered will never judge their
own class.
• Committee members will have “Display Only” cars.
• All convertibles must have tops up during judging. After judging, convertible tops
may be lowered for the remainder of the show.
• Display of trophies, plaques, emblems, tool kits, pictures and other items is not
permitted in the vehicle or the area prior to or during judging. These items may be
displayed after judging and are encouraged.
• First-, second- and third-place awards will be given in all classes listed for
participants present at the awards ceremony at approximately 3 p.m. in the
registration area (corner of Second and Monroe streets). You may bring your own
lawn chair. All vehicles must remain on the showfield until the awards ceremony
ends. Please remember the chief judge reserves the right to determine final
classification of entry.

Vehicles 1994-2021 are not eligible for the Illinois State Champion Award (one
award given).
One entry from the Jeep class will be honored with a Marque Award this year since
it’s Jeep’s 80th anniversary.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• $10 per entry.
• Please pre-register to avoid long lines and to ensure welcome bag & certificate.
• Event occurs rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. Spectators free.
• Display class will not be judged. Vehicles for sale allowed.
• Overnight parking available at 411 E. Monroe St., Springfield, IL 62701.
• Please use Second Street for entry to showfield.
• Registration gate opens at 7 a.m. and closes promptly at 10 a.m. NO LATE
ENTRIES allowed on showfield. Vehicles must be through the gate and parked by
10 a.m. even if entry is pre-registered.
• It is not mandatory for owners to remain with their vehicles during judging. Some
owners will judge other classes, but judges with cars entered will never judge their
own class.
• Committee members will have “Display Only” cars.
• All convertibles must have tops up during judging. After judging, convertible tops
may be lowered for the remainder of the show.
• Display of trophies, plaques, emblems, tool kits, pictures and other items is not
permitted in the vehicle or the area prior to or during judging. These items may be
displayed after judging and are encouraged.
• First-, second- and third-place awards will be given in all classes listed for
participants present at the awards ceremony at approximately 3 p.m. in the
registration area (corner of Second and Monroe streets). You may bring your own
lawn chair. All vehicles must remain on the showfield until the awards ceremony
ends. Please remember the chief judge reserves the right to determine final
classification of entry.

Dear Vehicle Enthusiasts,
Please join us on Saturday, Sept. 11,
2021, for the 71st Secretary of State Ve-
hicle Show and Swap Meet. The show
will be held in downtown Springfield at
Second Street and Capitol Avenue, east
of the State Capitol building.
The auto show will feature the finest
classic, antique and sport vehicles in
Illinois, as well as firetrucks and
motorcycle classes. Several new classes
have been added. The antique tractor
exhibit and swap meet will be back again
this year as well.
To commemorate Jeep v ehicles, one Jeep
will be honored with the show’s special
Marque Award. Jeeps are featured on this
years special event license plates. The
plates may be displayed on your vehicle
from mid-July through the date of the
show and kept as a memento for years to
come.
Come out and enjoy the dazzling display
of steel and chrome or stop by our swap
meet. We look forward to seeing you at
the show!
