We will use the information you provide in this form to determine the level of tuition fees that you will be charged for your
course. Please complete the form as fully as possible to enable us to ensure that your classification is appropriate to your
circumstances. Before completing this questionnaire, we recommend that you visit the UK Council for International Student
Affairs (UKCISA) website to view their guidance on ‘home’ fee eligibility for applicants to Higher Education in England. The
website address is www.ukcisa.org.uk. If we do not receive a response to this request within 21 days your application will be
automatically classified at the 'overseas' rate. If you have any queries regarding this questionnaire please contact us at
