Below are all the things we want to get right for your event so we have
devised this form to help us coordinate with you ahead of time to make sure that everything
goes as planned and your celebration ends on a high note, with lots of fun photos to capture
your memories!

There are bound to be questions that aren't applicable to your event, as every single event is
different, so if you come across a question that doesn’t apply please just write N/A next to it so
we know we’ve not missed anything out. And just as importantly if we have missed out
something that is crucial to your day please just add the information in for us or give us an email.

Guestbooks
Do you require one of our upgraded Photo Booth Guestbook Albums? Both albums are shown
below (a standard guestbook is included in the Classic Package. An upgraded guestbook
includes your name and date and is styled in the same way as your photo layout. The upgraded
guestbook is included in the premium personalised package). All guestbooks are handmade by
217 Events. Price to add this to the Classic package is £35:

USBs and Photo Layouts
Do you require a USB with all of the photo booth photos from your event uploaded in high
resolution (ideal if you wish to enlarge any photos to canvas size or if you want to use a certain
photo for thank you cards etc). This includes all the photos in the photo layout format and also
each photo individually as shown below. Price £35 (free for premium personalised packages):

Please write the name/s as you would like them to appear and in the order you would like them
to appear on the photo layout if more than one name (for example sometimes a Bethan may
prefer to be called Beth for the photo layout, and you may prefer Beth and Ed instead of Ed and
Beth). If you are booking on behalf of a company that wishes to use their logo please send this
to us in high resolution via email:
If you have chosen one of the photo layouts with the # option line, what would you like written
as your hashtag? If you do not wish to have a hashtag you could also choose your venue or

If you do not wish for your photos to be on social media (by this we mean, saved to your own

Backdrops
Please choose from the following backdrops (as backdrops are secured on a first come first
served basis, your first choice may not always be available, this is rare but does happen,
therefore please choose a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice) larger pictures of the backdrops can be seen
