Starting a Club at Cascadia College
Level 2 Club
Completing this application form is the first step to forming a new club. Clubs are groups of
students who share a common interest, identity, or objective, meet together regularly, and plan
events and activities on or off-campus. Clubs may be formed around any shared purpose that you
choose, but full participation in the club must be open to all Cascadia students.
Recognized clubs have access to resources such as advising, support, and supplies from Student
Life, room reservations on campus, and funding from Club Council for club events and programs.
Level 2 clubs may also receive funding for travel to field trips, conferences, and competitions.
The two club levels are explained below. The primary difference is: Level 1 clubs are simpler to
get started, while Level 2 clubs are eligible for off-campus travel.
