PAVERS APPLICATION CHECKLIST/REQUIREMENTS INITIAL EACH ITEM
____Completed Application including property records card (can be found at www.lakecopropappr.com)
____ Application Signed by Owner or Paver Installation Company completely filled out.
____ Site Plan/Survey showing location of Pavers. Total impervious area to be calculated using City’s Impervious
Surface Calculations Form, including new area covered by Pavers.
____ Written H O A approval (if required by your Association) needs to be included with your application
____ Disclosure Statement if work is being done by an owner builder.
____ Notarized Easement Waiver filled out and attached, if you are putting pavers in an easement, form
attached
____ Once pavers are installed you must request inspection (within 7 days of completion) by calling City
of Groveland at 352-434-7184.
____ Post permit on front door during paver installation and for final inspection.
I have read the above checklist and initialed all the statements that apply to my Zoning Paver Permit request. I
understand it is my responsibility to have the pavers installed per my approved site plan.
