UST Graduate Engineering Application for Award of Degree
To be awarded a degree diploma you must fill out this form and return it prior to 14 days after the start of
the term in which you plan to complete your degree requirements even if you will not attend a graduation
ceremony: You will receive your diploma when all requirements for the degree are completed. Diplomas will be
mailed approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the term and after all requirements are verified as
completed. The deadline for submission of this form is respectively
February 15 (Spring), May 31 (Summer) or September 22 (Fall).
