1. Applicants must read TLR 3.04 Student Loyalty Discount Policy prior to completing and lodging this form.
2. All applications for Alumni and Family Discount must be lodged with the Student Business Centre by the end of week 4 of the relevant
semester.
3. This form is to be used by direct family members of an Alumnus, sibling of a currently enrolled student, or direct family members of a
currently enrolled student who has completed at least 120 credit points.
4. The Loyalty Discount for an Alumnus is normally applied to an applicant’s record at the time of admission, if the applicant has declared
completion of a previous program at Bond. However, where the Alumni Loyalty Discount has not been applied at the time of admission,
the alumnus must lodge an application using this form.
5. Applicants will need to provide evidence (e.g. birth certificates, marriage certificate) of the direct family relationship.
