(the “Company”) a member of the AIA Group of companies (collectively referred to herein as “AIA”), to
discuss and negotiate potential employment by the Company. Before engaging in discussions with the
Company, and as a precondition to the Company engaging in any negotiations for potential employment, I
hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:
