598 SERIES
SPECIFICATION
Sioux Chief Water Heater Stands shall comply with national and local code
requirements when necessary to raise water heaters 18" above the floor. Water
heater stand platform and legs shall be manufactured with pre-galvanized
steel. Legs shall be cross braced to prevent tipping. Each stand shall include all
necessary hardware for complete stand assembly.
ASSEMBLY
Detailed assembly instruction sheet is provided in each box. Lay stand top on
oor. Fasten each leg to platform. Install cross braces diagonally between legs. Re-
tighten all screws.

Screw: ¼-20 × ½" Phillps
Washer: ¼" lock washer
Nut: ¼-20
MAXIMUM LOAD REQUIREMENTS
Standard: 650 lbs. (30-50 gal. heater)
Fast-assembly: 650 lbs. (30-50 gal. heater)
Heavy-duty: 1,300 lbs. (50-100 gal. heater)
