Must have one instructor for every four students. Max is two instructors and eight students. (A chaperone may
attend in place of second instructor but they must attend both full days and pay the $90 participant fee.)

The registration fee for each participant (students and instructors) is $90.00. Make checks payable to Butte
College Welding Foundation.
Deadline is Friday, December 6, 2019. No exceptions. To guarantee your space, register early. There are
only 30 instructor and 90 student spots for each two-day session.
Registration forms may be faxed, mailed or emailed prior to other forms and payment.
Payment (check or PO) and waiver forms may be sent separately but MUST be received by December
6, 2019.
If registration is not complete by December
6, 2019 your spots will be given away.

Please note: Meals will include a continental breakfast and a complete lunch each day. Hamburgers will be served one
day and BBQ chicken the next. Remember spots are reserved first-come first-reserved; there are only 30 instructor and 90
student spots for each two-day session. Each school will be responsible for their own lodging if needed.
