THIS APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PERSON AND WITH THE FOLLOWING:

CONDITIONS
a. The event shall last no more than forty-five (45) days.
b. The event shall largely occur inside the main structure.
c. The event shall have limited hours of operation, which do not exceed
8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
d. The event shall have adequate on-site parking or a demonstrated alternate method of accommodating visitor
parking.
e. The event shall not emit objectionable light, noise, odor or other nuisances.
f. No temporary structure, such as a tent, shall extend into the required zoning setbacks.
g. Temporary signs and banners may be allowed.
h. Pre-event set-up and post-event breakdown shall occur within 45-day timeframe, and within hours of
operation. All trucks, vehicles, storage containers, and the like shall be accommodated on site and shall not
constitute a nuisance to the adjacent neighbors.
i. The applicant shall post a bond to cover restoring the property, and removing all temporary signs and
structures, of an amount and method to be determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission on a case-
by-case basis.
j. The applicant shall post the permit prominently near the front entrance of the main structure.
THIS PERMIT MUST BE DISPLAYED IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION AT ALL TIMES.
*PURSUANT TO SECTION 12-17 OF THE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT ZONING REGULATIONS.
