Note: Full regulations for Temporary Banners can be found in Section 3-119(d) of the Land
Development Regulations. Applicant and owner hereby acknowledge that this permit is subject to
the following conditions:
Banner signs on Old Cutler Rd.
No more than one sign per tenant
Not to extend above the lowest point
of the roof
Six feet, except banner signs may
be 12 feet

1. Fourteen (14) consecutive days; and
2. Six (6) times in any 12-month period
1. Thirty (30) days; and,
2. Must be removed three (3) days
after the event; and,
3. Four (4) times in any 12-month
No signs are allowed within the public right-of-way

The fee for a Temporary Banner Permit is $106.88. This form may be submitted by mail, fax,
or email; however, payment is required prior to processing.
