A capital expenditure is defined as an item, or group of items, with a life expectancy of more than three
years and a total cost of more than $500. Examples include computers, instruments, equipment, such as
lighting or sound equipment, new construction or the renovation of a cultural facility. (WAC reserves the right to
restrict funding of any item(s) regardless of cost that do not provide a significant public benefit)
If your projected expenses include capital expenses, please complete this form in addition to completing
the application. Requests for capital expenditures must meet all of the requirements outlined in the grant
guidelines and ALL of the following requirements. Please attest that each statement is true by checking the
