This submittal worksheet will help determine what on-site stormwater management and erosion control
measures are required for your project.

On your site plan, show the edge of all ground and vegetation of the proposed built out site that will be
disturbed by the project. Include ground and vegetation disturbed for (check all that apply):

Septic drainfields and tanks
Structures, including areas distur
